Chickadee Elastic Bracelet

The Black-capped Chickadee (Poecile Atricapillus) was proclaimed New Brunswick's official bird in 1983. The Chickadee was chosen to represent the hardworking and tough nature of New Brunswickers, frequently seen throughout the province in both forests and urban areas. The Chickadee is energetic, friendly, and has a resilient nature allowing this small bird to be a year-round resident. They are highly curious, frequently visiting feeders, and able to learn to feed from human hands. "Chick-A-Dee-Dee-Dee"
